Ready to Dive?

The first step in Scuba Diving is to earn your Open Water Diver Certification. This Certification will give you the skills to dive successfully and safely anywhere in the world. At the end of this course you will be able to dive up to a depth of 60 feet with a certified partner in any body of water!

Online Training Course

All students will start with an online knowledge development course that takes about 4 hours to complete. The course covers the science, techniques and history of scuba diving.

Pool Intro Session

After successful completion of the online course the students will head to the pool where we will cover the basics of scuba diving including; buoyancy, gear identification, safety procedures, water confidence, and breathing underwater!

Check Out Dives

The last step is to schedule your check out dives. You will complete 4 dives under the supervision of an instructor that will test on skills and procedures learned in the course. Upon completion of the course you will be issued a certification from Scuba Divers International that certifies you to dive to a depth of 60 feet with a certified partner anywhere in the world!

The $500 course fee paid to Muddy River Divers includes the online class, pool session, and your 4 open water dives with your instructor and gear rental.
